History

New Albany, Ohio is recognized nationally for its inspiring and innovative master-planning, which established extremely high standards at the outset. Those unwavering principles continue to guide the development of the community today.

New Albany Country Club, which was an important early anchor to New Albany, debuted in 1992. Years of planning and preparation had already taken place by the time the doors to the Club officially opened. Built to the most exacting standards and as a focal point for the community, the bar was set high to be the best Country Club in the nation.

In this spirit, our tennis program has seen direction from the likes of Wimbledon Doubles Champion, Marty Riessen and our golf course was designed by none other than the “Golden Bear” himself, Jack Nicklaus.

The tradition of excellence endures as New Albany Country Club provides an extraordinary setting for those seeking an active and social lifestyle.
