Guest Information

New Albany Country Club is a private membership club located just outside of Columbus, Ohio. On behalf of your sponsoring Member we are delighted to have you as a guest. To ensure you get the most out of your visit, please review our guest policies.

  • There is no guest fee nor limit to the number of times you may bring the same guest to any of the Dining areas in the Main Clubhouse.
  • Guest usage of Fitness, Aquatics, and Tennis at the Bath & Tennis Facility are limited to 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday through Friday, 2 daily guests per Membership on weekends and only Pre-Registered Extended Guests on summer holidays (Memorial Day, Father's Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.)
  • For special requests, please contact the Fitness & Aquatics Director, Wendy Fraley, 7 days in advance.
  • Registered guests may use the golf, fitness, aquatic, and tennis facilities of the Club no more than a cumulative total of 6 times during the calendar year.

The sponsoring Member is responsible for the conduct of their guest while at the Club. If the manner, deportment or appearance of a guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring Member shall, at the request of the Club, require such guest to leave the Club premise.


Dress Code

It is expected that Members and their guests will dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting of our Club.

Fitness & Aquatics

Men are not permitted to wear tank tops or cut off sleeves when utilizing the fitness amenities. Complimentary, Club provided work out attire can be checked out from the Welcome Center. Full-coverage swimwear befitting the family atmosphere at the Club must be worn. All children not fully potty-trained are required to wear a swim diaper at the pool.

Tennis

White tennis attire is required (10% of attire may be of color) however warm-ups and sweaters may be any color. Shirts with or without collars may be worn. Tennis shoes are required when playing or walking on the court – running shoes or black bottom shoes are not permitted. Fitness shirts and shorts are not appropriate tennis attire. Due to the cooler temperatures in the Tennis Bubble, clothing of any color may be worn.

Croquet

Entirely white attire is required while utilizing the Croquet Lawn.

Golf

Men are to wear collared shirts with sleeves, Merino mock style shirts or golf shirts. Slacks and shorts, up to four inches above the knee, are considered appropriate attire. Ladies are asked to wear blouses or golf shirts, skirts, slacks or golf shorts, up to four inches above the knee. Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweats, jeans, bathing suits, tennis attire or other athletic shorts are considered unacceptable attire. If a hat is worn, the bill must be forward. Appropriate Golf or Tennis Shoes are required on the golf course and practice areas at all times. Only soft spikes are permitted.

Dining Rooms

Mixed Grill/Terrace

Casual attire. No "post workout" workout attire permitted. Tennis attire and hats & caps are permitted. Children of all ages are welcome.

Club Room

Casual attire. No workout, tennis attire or T-shirts. No hats or caps. No torn denim. Collared shirts for gentlemen are required. Children 10 & over, accompanied by an adult, are welcome.

Nicklaus Room

Casual attire. No "post workout" workout attire permitted. Tennis attire and hats & caps are permitted. The Nicklaus Room is for our Adult Members and Guests, ages 21 & Up.

Men’s Grill

Casual attire. Open only to male Golf Members, Social Members and their guests during the Golf season. Open May through September, men must be 18 or accompanied by an adult.

The Winter Pub (Seasonal)

Casual attire along with tennis attire is acceptable. Open to adult men and women, ages 18 & over. The Pub is open during the winter months only and is located in the Men’s Grill.

Sports Café

Casual attire, along with workout and tennis attire, is acceptable. Shirts or pool cover up and shoes must be worn when in the Café. Children are welcome.
